Anamaria
She is played by Zoë Saldaña and is first seen in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. Her name is a blending of the first names of two documented female pirates, Anne Bonny and Mary Read. Like Read and Bonny, Anamaria disguises herself as a man in order to join Captain Sparrow's crew. She does not make a reappearance in the sequel, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest and is last seen in the final scene of Curse of the Black Pearl. 'She's off sailing in the Interceptor' explained Terry, as a possible explanation for why she is not in Dead Man's Chest or At World's End, though the ship that Anamaria sails off in cannot be the H.M.S. Interceptor as it was destroyed at the end of Curse of the Black Pearl, but this could also be construed as an idiom for her demise.
In the first film, Anamaria's first act at meeting Jack for the second time is to slap him across the face and accuse him of stealing her boat (which sank at the Port Royal harbor at the beginning of the movie). Jack would defend himself by claiming he was 'borrowing without permission' and promises to turn over the H.M.S. Interceptor to her as compensation. Anamaria agrees, although the H.M.S. Interceptor is later sunk during a sea battle with Barbossa, who was commanding the Black Pearl at that time. She appears to be the Black Pearl's second mate. When Jack is not on board the ship, she (along with Gibbs, the implied first mate) assumes command, manning the helm and shouting orders. At the end of the film, she places Jack's coat around his shoulders and offers him the wheel, willingly giving him back his position as rightful captain of the Black Pearl. She does not appear in the sequels, and many fans have assumed that Jack kept his promise and got her another ship.
Little is known about Tia Dalma's past before the release of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, save for an association with Jack Sparrow at some point prior to his recruitment of Hector Barbossa in Tortuga. Jack confessed to having "known" her at a time when they had been "inseparable" — whereas Tia Dalma had provided him with his strange compass: a mysterious device that pointed to what the user wants most.
Lian & Park, (Michelle Lee and Adrienne Wong) are twins. They attend to Sao Feng and were not chosen merely for their good looks - they are skilled martial artists. Both twins also appear to have some sort of romantic history with Jack Sparrow and apparently remember him fondly, as can be evidenced by them giggling coquettishly and exchanging knowing glances when Will mentions Jack Sparrow by name. Unfortunately, the first sister was accidentally shot in the head by Mercer, who was intending to kill Elizabeth Swann. The other sister attempted to avenge her, only to be killed by Mercer as well. They are not to be confused with the other two women attending to Sao Feng on the Empress.
Elizabeth swann
Pursued by the Flying Dutchman, the Pearl outruns her. Undeterred, Jones summons the Kraken, but the crew temporarily fight it off. Jack deserts the ship in the last longboat, but as Elizabeth predicted, he returns to save his crew. During the Kraken's momentary retreat, he orders all hands to abandon ship. Realizing the Kraken only wants Jack, Elizabeth distracts him with a passionate kiss while handcuffing him to the mast, claiming she is not sorry. She tells the others Jack chose to remain behind, unaware Will witnessed what happened. The Kraken returns for its final assault; the Pearl and Jack are dragged to a watery grave. It is during this final battle that Jack and Elizabeth's contrasting characters emerge: Jack shows heroism and loyalty by returning to the ship and saving his crew; by abandoning her duty and honor, Elizabeth becomes more pirate-like, using deception to sacrifice Jack to save herself and the crew.
